Q. How Do I Book?
A. We offer booking on a first come first serve basis. Once your non refundable deposit is paid & your web based contract is signed, you are confirmed.
Q. How Does The Consult On Our Liquor List Work?
A. We would email you a liquor inquiry message. Using one of our preferred liquor and ice vendors (or yours!) we would first determine what sort of liquor, beer and wines you would like to include in your bar and target price point for each. You would also let us know if you have some must have items or preferred brands you would like to offer your guests. Based upon your needs we will have the liquor store send you an estimate. Once the order is complete you would then confirm the order and purchase with the store directly.
Q.What If I Have Less Than 65 Guests?
A. We charge for 65 people or less. If you have 20 or 65 guests, the fee will be the same.
Q. Are You Insured?
A. Our bar services include liquor liability coverage. If our services are required at an event space or venue there will be an extra charge for day of venue insurance and liability. All guests consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age & have proof if ID. Client assumes responsibility of their guests safety and transport. Uber is encouraged. The Nomad Pop Up Bar practices safe liquor serving practices and is not responsible for client or guest safety while under the influence of alcohol. Contract signature for our services is required. We also require clients to secure day of event insurance for additional host liquor coverage. Pricing starts at $111 per event via a eventhelper.com
Q. Can Minors Order From The Bar?
A. Only guests 21+ may order from our bars. We encourage setting up a separate cooler or tray with alcohol free drinks for guests under 21 so they may self serve.
Q. What if it rains?
A. Our services are rain or shine. We can bartend inside using our stand up bar, or we can serve from the trailer close to cover in your driveway as well as bring some big umbrellas so your guests stay dry.
